Referrals Accepted

The Law Offices of William H. Newkirk accepts qualified referrals from other attorneys.

We consider it to a great honor for another attorney to refer a case to us.

You can be assured that we will treat that client as we treat all our clients, with dignity, respect, and zeal to do everything legally possible to ensure they get the best result possible.

As mandated by State Bar Rule 2-200 and other rules of professional conduct, the Law Offices of William H. Newkirk pays referral fees to attorneys who refer clients to the Law Offices of William H. Newkirk.

As required by California State Bar rules, all referral fee agreements are fully disclosed to the client, who must consent to the agreement.

The referral fee never increases the fee owed by the client. It is merely an agreement between the Law Offices of William H. Newkirk and the referring attorney that a portion of the fee paid by the client will be divided between attorneys.
